2Leaf takes no responsibility for the content on your website. You agree to use our services only for legal purposes. We do not tolerate illegal or elicit material of any kind. This includes "warez" and pirated material, pornographic material, and any material in violation of copyright.
If you believe any website hosted by 2Leaf to be in violation of these terms, please contact us immediately.
Bandwidth and Hard Drive Space
Hosting accounts use shared hard drive space and bandwidth between users on the same server. If your website is putting an excessive load on the server, we reserve the right to cancel your account at any time. If we cancel your account for excessive server load, a prorate refund will be given and we can help you find a suitable hosting service.
Renewal of Services
Approximately one to two weeks before the end of your billing cycle, your hosting and domain services will automatically be renewed. You should receive notification via email when it is time to renew your services. You may turn off our automatic renewal service in your control panel or by letting us know.
It is your responsibility to make certain that your billing and contact information is accurate and that your services are automatically renewed. Incorrect billing information may result in your domain name and/or hosting account not being renewed. Domain names which are not renewed will be released into the public registrar after 45 days. Hosting account which are not renewed will be automatically cancelled and your files may be deleted. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the status of your domain name or hosting account renewal.
