Domains

Unfortunately, once purchased, domain names are not refundable. If you wish to cancel or transfer your domain name, please contact us before the service is renewed. Please keep your email address updated so that you are properly notified when a domain name or hosting account is up for renewal.

Hosting

2Leaf guarantees you will be happy with our hosting services. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will issue you a 100% refund. A prorate account credit will be given to canceled hosting accounts.

Deposits

All 2Leaf Web development projects require a deposit. Any unused amount is fully refundable for 60 days and will be given upon cancellation of a project.

SEO and Internet Marketing

SEO and Internet marketing services are paid in advanced. If you wish to cancel your service mid-project, please notify us and we will issue you a prorate refund.
